Why I support this cause:
I have known family, friends and clients whose children have benefited from the outstanding care and compassion at BC Children’s Hospital. The money raised through the RE/MAX Miracle Home Program helps to support groundbreaking research and medical advances that are making children healthier and saving countless lives.
I am honoured to donate a portion of each sale to this incredible Foundation that makes profound differences in the care and quality of the children and their families who live in our communities.
Through the Children’s Miracle Network, more than 2.6 million children receive quality care from children’s hospitals across Canada each year. I cannot think of a better cause to support.
Second Chance in Life Foundation
Why I support this cause:
I have been an animal lover all my life. Our dog Ben came from Taiwan and since adopting him, I have learned a lot about the welfare of animals around the world. To say it’s deplorable is an understatement. There is still a long ways to go in terms of bringing legislation and awareness to the humane treatment of animals worldwide, which is why I am happy to support this local non-profit organization that aims to rescue, rehabilitate and ultimately find suitable homes for deserving animals that would otherwise face cruelty beyond imagination.
When looking to bring a new member into your family, I do hope that you will expand your search to include animals beyond our borders. After all, a life saved is a life saved. We all want to feel safe and loved, no matter where we come from!
