My name is Leah Chandler and I help Southern Fraser Valley residents buy and sell real estate with my unique PIER Selling System! My husband and I are beyond fortunate to call White Rock home and to be a part of the entire South Surrey community and all it has to offer!
Having travelled to the far ends of world - Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Australia, Tanzania, Zanzibar …mostly with just a backpack and a curiosity for life and adventure … I’ve had the privilege of experiencing such a wide range of different cultures and life conditions - it has given me a new level of respect for humanity and appreciation for the tremendous opportunities we have here in Canada.
It has also given me unique skills when it comes to empathy, communication, emotional intelligence, and ‘thinking on my feet’.
After that experience, my journey took me to work for one of the top litigators in all of Canada, and I’ve learned a thing or two about the power of representation, negotiation, keeping deadlines, as well as the importance of attention to detail in all legal documents.
Buying and selling a home can be such a pivotal step in one’s life’s journey. I understand the importance of helping people make a good decision and my client’s would tell you that my super power lies in making the complex feel simple … which results in a positive buying and selling experience and peace of mind.
